Are you an antiques buff?  If so, then we don’t have to tell you anything about the hit PBS series Antiques Road Show, or how gloriously pricey some of the items found in the closets, basements, and even walls of American homes turn out to be.  There’s something irresistible about the prospect of finding what at first glance would appear to be trash, only to find out later that it is instead treasure.     (more…)
